A Street Festival painting all framed up

A very simple white frame can be lovely, and I think it looks nice and fresh.

I suppose one of the reasons I still hark back to that particular street festival is because it seems now, in retrospect, to be a night out of time. Normal life was suspended and there was music and dancing and hanging with your mates. There was a palpable sense of enjoyment. I am not sure if I was aware WHY I painted the blue house so crooked, but I think now that that was the reason for it. 'Normal' was just a word, that night was all about the music, the dancing, the banter - the craic.
